1. Information We Access

Nexus accesses your Google user profile (name, email address, avatar), Gmail messages, and Calendar schedules strictly upon your explicit authorization via Google OAuth 2.0 to provide AI-powered email triage, automated draft generation, and meeting availability checking.

2. Google API Services User Data Policy

Nexus's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

3. Data Security & Storage

All authentication tokens are encrypted and securely stored in our backend MariaDB database. We never sell, transfer, or disclose your personal data or email contents to external advertising networks.

4. User Rights & Revocation

You may disconnect your Google account and revoke access at any time directly through the Nexus Accounts manager or via Google Account Permissions.
